invitation to speculation

i drive by this place several times a week, going to and from one of my teaching gigs.
the door going into this place has no identifying information. all it says is "not a public entrance."
well.
just what do they do in there?
is this a request? an observation?  a prophecy? a command? a lament?

i invite your speculation.

  1. It looks like the break up the suf ... fer with banal landscaping. The stick-like tree is especially heart breaking.

  2. The first noble truth? Dukkha? "Life is suffering, Princess. Get used to it!"-The Princess Bride
Anyway a very tao-like simplicity in your photograph.

  6. Your comment rr, reminds me of the Tom Waits song: "What is he doing in there?"
