samhain, all hallow's eve, el dia de los muertos,
all soul's day, full moon,
dusk to dawn,
this is when the veil is thinnest,
when we can see beyond
our current frailties of perception.

lone pine wildlife

this little one was sitting
in the middle of horseshoe meadow road,
not doing much,
not moving very well.
i shooed him off to the side.
hope s/he's ok.
