further fortune

after my birthday post, i realized that i had never completely extricated the fortune. assumptions were made on what was visible, most of them wrong.
so i opened it up.

this is the way i've often done things in the past-
upside down and backward.

thought i'd try it this way this time.

the question is, which one?

  1. Wait. So are upside down and backward a bad thing? I am afraid that for some of us, the damaged ones, that's the only way we'll get there at all.

  2. lm-nope, not a bad thing, just maybe not the most effective, or interesting way. doesn't matter how we get there. plus, as the song says, " a change is gonna do me good."

  3. Maybe the biggest one, Or the most important, or the one that pleases you most. We are all damaged in some way by this rough ride through life.

Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof, MAT 6:34.

  4. Tomorrow isn't waiting for us. It doesn't care what we think of it, either.

  5. mike and oktab-i agree. one day at a time is all we can handle, and sometimes we screw that up! tomorrow has to wait, at least until tomorrow.
